This is a small fan game, and it keeps as little about you as it can get away with. No account is sold, rented or handed to advertisers — there are no advertisers. Here is the whole of it.

What we collect

  • Your email address, because it is how you sign in. There is no password to lose.
  • Your display name, and the team name you give each league.
  • Your picks: everything you draft in a league, and the eight dancers in a solo entry.
  • Which pages you open while signed in, as a count — the page and the league, so we can tell whether anyone is actually playing. Repeat loads of the same page collapse into one, and nothing about a signed-out visitor is kept beyond the fact that a page loaded.

If you sign in with Google, Google also tells us your name and profile picture. The name is only ever a suggestion in the box when you pick a display name; the picture is not used anywhere.

What other players see

Your display name, your team names, your rosters and the points they score are public. They appear on league standings, on the solo leaderboard once an entry locks, and on the league leaderboards, which anyone can read without signing in.

Your email address is never shown to another player — not in a league, not on a board, not on an invite page. Only the site admin can see it.

A solo entry's picks stay private until you lock it. Your display name is yours to change at any time, including after an entry has locked.

What it is used for

Running the game — signing you in, scoring your rosters, showing the leaderboards — and understanding whether people are using it, which is the page counts above and nothing more.

Nothing is sold. Nothing is shared with advertisers. There is no profile of you anywhere, and no attempt to work out who you are beyond the account you signed up with.

Who else handles it

Three companies touch your data because the game runs on them:

  • Railway hosts the app and the database, so everything above lives on their infrastructure.
  • Resend sends the sign-in emails, so they handle your address and the link each time you ask for one.
  • Google, only if you choose to sign in with Google, which tells them you signed in here.

Each has its own privacy policy, and none of them gets anything from us to advertise with.

Cookies

Two, both strictly functional:

  • A session cookie, so you stay signed in. It lasts a year and is renewed while you keep playing, so a season doesn't sign you out halfway through.
  • A dismissal cookie, set only if you press "Skip for now" on the display-name prompt, so it stops asking for a month.

No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no third-party analytics script. Signing out clears the session.

Deleting your account

Email hello@draftingwts.com from the address you signed up with and ask. Your account, your display name, your solo entries and your seat in every league go with it.

Your leagues carry on without you. Removing your seat takes your roster out of that league, so its standings no longer include your team and the dancers you held go unowned — the other managers keep their own rosters and their points are unaffected. If you are a league's commissioner, we hand the league to another manager first, or remove it too if you were the only one in it.

The page counts survive as anonymous numbers with nothing linking them to you, and backups roll off on their own schedule.

Children

This game is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect anything from them. If you believe a child has signed up, email hello@draftingwts.com and the account will be removed.

Changes, and how to reach us

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Anything that meaningfully changes what is collected or who sees it will be said plainly here rather than buried.

Questions, corrections, or a deletion request: hello@draftingwts.com.
