Drafting With The Stars is an unofficial fan game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Dancing with the Stars, its producers, its networks or any of its rights holders. Every name on the site belongs to whoever owns it; we are simply keeping score.

Using the site means you are happy with these terms and with the privacy policy.

There is no entry fee, no wager, no purchase and no prize. Nothing here is a contest of chance or a gambling product, and no money changes hands in either direction. If your league is playing for something, that is between you and your friends, and nothing to do with us.

Judges' scores and eliminations are typed in by hand, from the broadcast, by a person. They can be late, and they can be wrong. When one is corrected, every standing derived from it is recomputed — no points are stored anywhere, so a fix rewrites history the way it should have read.

That means a leaderboard you looked at on Tuesday can be different on Wednesday. It is a fan game keeping score of a television programme, not a record of account.

One account per person, and the display name and team names you choose are seen by other players — keep them civil. Accounts used to harass people, to impersonate somebody, or to abuse the site may be removed without notice, along with anything they created.

The site is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind and no promise that it will be available when you want it. It may be slow on a Monday night, it may be down, a draft may have to be restarted, and the whole thing may stop at the end of a season. Nothing here is guaranteed to be kept forever.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for anything that follows from using the site, including a draft that went wrong or a scoreboard that was out of date.
